Roofing Service Manager (North York)

Overview

The Roofing Service Manager is responsible for coordinating service work, including call in-take, job tracking, scheduling assistance and customer service. They will assist the Service Operations Manager manage a team of roofing technicians, ensuring that customer requirements are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational and be a self-starter, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients/contractors.
