Hourly Wage Range: $26.00 $38.00

Role Purpose:

The Road Supervisor is responsible for safely monitoring vehicle operations. The primary objective of the Road Supervisor is to ensure operators are providing a safe, reliable, and friendly transportation to Customers. Assists with supervising operators, which may include recommendations for hiring, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution. May assist with organizing and conducting classroom and behind-the-wheel (BTW) training sessions.

Knowledge and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must Possess a valid California Commercial Driver's License (Class B CDL, with passenger endorsement & air brake endorsements).
• A current Verification of Transit Training (VTT) certificate is required prior to participating in revenue service
