Job Description
Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Business Analyst to their Operational Risk Management team for an initial 6-month contract. This is a hybrid position based in downtown Toronto, with 2 days per week in office.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop metrics (KPIs and KRIs) for reporting and write reporting requirements for technical teams to build out reports.
Partner with business process SMEs to document existing processes and ensure accurate and comprehensive process tracking.
Gather business requirements and translate them for developers and technical stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between business teams and technology groups to deliver technical solutions.
Prepare cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments to support system implementation decisions.
Maintain action logs and track delivery timelines across multiple ongoing projects.
