Richmond East's newly opened urgent care clinic is looking for a Family or Emergency Physician for part-time roles. You will manage urgent health situations while ensuring a seamless integration of primary care knowledge. Mentoring is available for those new to urgent care, promoting your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide urgent medical care for minor illnesses
• Work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
• Perform essential procedures like suturing and casting
• Direct patients towards appropriate primary care options
• Contribute to clinic’s quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Full CPSBC License and CCFP essential
• Emergency care experience preferred, not mandatory
• Skills in minor procedures required
• Availability to work varying shifts
