Job Description
Excel at Rheinmetall Canada in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu as a Senior Legal Counsel, advising on compliance and governance in a multinational setting. Leverage your legal expertise to support a range of commercial initiatives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the main legal advisor, guiding Rheinmetall's compliance with Canadian laws while working with internal teams across borders. You'll lead negotiator roles and ensure that operational activities meet corporate governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on regulatory and corporate governance matters
• Manage complex negotiations and legal document drafting
• Conduct training sessions on compliance and legal best practices
• Serve as liaison with Rheinmetall's global entities
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations
Requirements:
• LL.B. and active Québec Bar membership
• 5–7 years in commercial law, preferably in-house
• Bilingual in French and English
