As part of Hologic, you will oversee the sales cycle of our RFA technologies, engaging with hospitals and physicians to ensure successful adoption. Your solid understanding of clinical workflows and purchasing processes will enhance your consultative selling approach. Build lasting partnerships while navigating complex capital sales processes and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales process for RFA platforms
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
• Conduct training sessions on RFA technologies
• Identify market trends and competitor activities
• Promote usage among new and existing customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience
• Knowledge of medical device technologies
