In this role, you will report to the Director of Strategic Operations, taking charge of the commercial systems that underpin sales and operations. You'll harness your expertise in CRM administration and data governance to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflows across departments. Your contributions will support both pre-sales and post-sales processes, engaged directly with business stakeholders.
