Enhance operational efficiency as CoolIT Systems' Revenue Systems and BI Specialist in Calgary, Alberta. Manage commercial systems and drive data accuracy and business visibility.
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Operations, you will oversee the backbone of commercial workflows to support pipeline management and order visibility. Your expertise in CRM/ERP platforms and BI/reporting will contribute to maintaining data integrity and improving process automation. This pivotal role will help transmute data into actionable insights for Sales and Revenue Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer workflows and reporting structures in NetSuite
• Build dashboards and automate recurring reports
• Support pre-sales and post-sales workflows
• Maintain CRM/ERP permissions and troubleshoot issues
• Document system changes, workflows, and user guidance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years CRM administration experience
