Your Purpose

The Revenue, Inventory and Setup intern will generally support the team with tasks such as price setup, group control, and inventory control, assisting the Revenue team in all operational aspects and in revenue optimization.

Your Impact

• Collect pricing data for internal comparison and competitor analysis
• Compile, organize, and share various data in spreadsheets
• Assist with the department’s operational routines
• Help control ship occupancy
• Accept and manage upgrade bids and provide counteroffers
• Check availability of sailings (price/allocation/channels/group inventory)
• Set agency commissions
• Responsible for opening groups and making modifications (adding cabins, changing allocation, extending deadlines)
• Responsible for group rates in the quotation system
