We are looking for a detail‑oriented and execution‑focused Retention Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and owned channels.

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day build, QA, and deployment of retention campaigns and flows, working closely with senior team members to execute against established strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands‑on environment, is highly organized, and has strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and automated flows across platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar.
• Execute against established campaign calendars, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all sends.
• Manage campaign setup including segmentation, dynamic content, personalization, and scheduling.
