Job Overview

The Retail Store Designer is a creative leader on the Design & Construction team, responsible for shaping immersive retail environments that reflect the brand’s vision and values. The role focuses on transforming conceptual ideas into experiential spaces for new store developments, retrofit projects, and mid-cycle updates across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex retail projects, including macro and micro spatial layouts, storefront concepts, interior elevations, custom fixtures, and brand-driven experiences.
• Prepare and present design concepts, review drawing sets, ensure space allocation optimization and constructability, and support ongoing updates across the store network.
