• Provide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily store operations.
• Act in place of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM.
• Assist in personnel management and resolve customer service issues as needed.
• Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates.
• Ensure store conditions meet established standards.
• Assist in achieving adequate staffing levels for business needs.
