Assessing stock supply, stock availability, profit margins, etc. Putting measures in place to prevent stock damage, theft, and waste. Keeping an eye on product displays, shelf stock, and the stores overall appearance.
Examining market trends and providing consumers with products they would find appealing. Handling requests, criticisms, and complaints from customers. Encouraging workers to meet goals.
Scheduling shifts and training new hires. Requirements GED or high school diploma. It is preferred to have a bachelors degree in business administration, financial management, or a related field.
