We are in search of a talented Senior Retail Manager to join our Guerlain team in Mexico City.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the retail staff, ensuring optimal performance and achieving established objectives.
To do this, you must have experience in managing key indicators such as Sell Out, Sell In, inventory levels, average ticket, units per ticket, and monthly sales target.
Your ability to assign quotas and sales objectives will be fundamental to the position's success.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in negotiations with clients, particularly with Palacio de Hierro or Liverpool.
Additionally, you must demonstrate skills in training and monitoring your team, ensuring their professional growth.
