Retail Manager – Colombia

Experience Required: 2+ years in Retail Management

Industry Background Preferred: Manufacturing (FMCG / Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances) or Cleaning Category (Home Care / Personal Wash / Chemical Products)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven Retail Manager to lead and expand our retail presence in Colombia.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in brick-and-mortar retail operations and a strong understanding of channel management, store execution, and team leadership.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing industries or the Cleaning / FMCG category are highly preferred.
