Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the creation of new store concepts
• Adjust existing concepts for various locations
• Work cross-functionally to ensure design execution
• Mentor and review outputs from the design team
• Maintain knowledge of building codes and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in design or architecture
• At least 5 years in retail design leadership
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD
