Embrace brand loyalty as a Retail Brand Ambassador for Aerie! This part-time role focuses on delivering exemplary customer service while promoting AE & Aerie's products.
You’ll represent AEO by engaging customers, educating them about products, and helping create a welcoming shopping atmosphere. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll also promote the AEO loyalty program and assist in various store zones. Your proactive problem-solving will enrich customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with the AEO Selling Model
• Educate on AE & Aerie products and offerings
• Promote and explain the AEO loyalty program
• Assist in multiple store zones with flexibility
• Proactively resolve any guest concerns per policy
Requirements:
• Candidates must be 16 or older
• Retail experience is advantageous
• Availability during busy shopping times is essential
