Job Description
Enhance inventory effectiveness as a Retail Allocation Specialist. Conduct inventory analysis and strategy execution to achieve sales and service goals in a retail environment.
In this role, reporting to the Allocation Manager, you will manage the allocation strategy, focusing on optimizing merchandise distribution. You’ll be responsible for inventory replenishment, assessing trends, and forecasting to enhance profitability. Your strong analytical skills will add value to cross-functional discussions and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate initial inventory allocation and replenishment plans
• Monitor and adjust inventory based on sales and trends
• Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams
• Review forecasts for styles/colors and adapt accordingly
• Plan merchandise for new store openings

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
• 5 years of experience in retail allocation
