Retail Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Advisor to be the face of our company. This role is critical to delivering a unique, customer‑focused experience at our new facility.

What you’ll do

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers inside our new facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles, assess aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Assist other team members with tasks as necessary.

What we’re looking for

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 1+ years experience in the retail industry – an asset.
  • 2+ years of customer‑facing experience.
