Your Role
and What You'll Be DoingYou’ll join Irwin Mitchell’s Restructuring & Insolvency team, based in Birmingham, working closely with Partner as part of one of the largest national restructuring and insolvency teams among UK full‑service firms. The team advises a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and corporates, on both contentious and non‑contentious matters arising from financial distress.
Irwin Mitchell’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice is known for delivering commercially focused, pragmatic advice across the full spectrum of insolvency scenarios, from early‑stage turnaround and restructuring advice through to formal insolvency appointments and complex litigation.
