Summary of the Position Reporting directly to the Controller, the Restricted Gift Accounting Consultant collaborates with the Finance Team to review, analyze, and substantially enhance our restricted gift accounting workflows. The primary goals of this work are to automate, recategorize, and document a new flow for gifts of various restriction types from the fundraising system to the accounting system. This role will also assist with exploring additional opportunities for streamlining related accounting workflows using automation.
Main Responsibilities Restricted Gift Automation and Workflow Redesign (70%)
Prepare a Project Charter, Risk Register and RACI framework for the restructuring project and refine until approved by the relevant parties.
