An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Falls Restaurant, Sheen Falls Lodge.
Scope and General Purpose of Job:
To proactively manage all aspects of the guest experience in the Falls Restaurant and the private dining rooms in the Hotel. To foster a culture of knowledge and a passion for good food and wine amongst all associates in the department and a desire by all members to share knowledge and a love of food and wine. To manage the department to the highest operating and hygiene standards while achieving the agreed elements of the financial budget for The Falls, Private dining rooms including WPCC dining and Room Service. The role also has responsibility for breakfast, lounge dining and afternoon tea.
