The Restaurant General Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the operations of one location
- Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards
- Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand
- Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs
- Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team
- Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
- Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant
