Inquiring Little Minds in Nanaimo, BC, seeks a Responsible Adult for a fulfilling part-time role! Work with children in a supportive and flexible environment tailored for early childhood development.
This position requires individuals aged 19 or older who are committed to fostering a positive learning experience for young minds. Staff must have a clear criminal record check and will need First Aid certification and a Responsible Adult Course. We provide support for obtaining these credentials to ensure you can excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create an enriching environment for children’s learning
• Supervise and engage with kids before and after school
• Maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere during activities
• Collaborate with senior staff to enhance program quality
