We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to lead and support large-scale Agile and Digital Transformation initiatives across a globally distributed Digital Technology organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Program/Portfolio Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or enterprise technology leadership roles
• Proven experience leading or supporting multiple Agile transformations within globally distributed Digital Technology organizations
• Strong experience operating within complex, highly matrixed global delivery environments across multiple regions and cultures
• 5+ years of experience coaching leadership teams, Agile organizations, and enterprise delivery functions
