Reporting to the Department Head of Respiratory Medicine, the respirologist will assess, manage, and provide long-term care for patients with diverse respiratory conditions. You will perform diagnostic procedures, prescribe treatments, and conduct pulmonary rehabilitation sessions. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to promoting lung health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and manage various respiratory diseases
• Prescribe ventilatory support and oxygen therapy
• Conduct pulmonary rehabilitation and patient follow-ups
• Interpret diagnostic tests and take action on results
• Educate patients and promote lung health in the community
