Resource & Guardianship Manager

This position is scheduled on an alternating, compressed 4-day work week. The successful candidate must be able to work a rotating schedule in alignment with operational requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

Scw’exmx Child and Family Services Society (SCFSS) is seeking an experienced, culturally grounded, and relational leader to serve as the Resource & Guardianship Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Delegated Services, this management‑level role provides operational leadership and oversight for guardianship services and caregiver (resource) supports, including foster, kinship, and customary care. The Resource & Guardianship Manager ensures services to children and youth in care, caregivers, and families are timely, coordinated, culturally grounded, and aligned with the Child, Family and Community Service Act (CFCSA), MCFD policy, and delegated authority requirements.
