Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Formatting financial statements and other documents
  • Collating financial statements and tax returns
  • Sending documents to clients for signature (DocuSign or courier)
  • E‑filing tax returns
  • Updating projects in PM
  • Filing signed documents
  • Sending mass emails to clients during tax season
  • Updating information on our intranet site

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office administrative role (preferably in an accounting firm)
  • Excellent analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines
  • Experience with MS Office
