Job Description
Responsibilities
- Formatting financial statements and other documents
- Collating financial statements and tax returns
- Sending documents to clients for signature (DocuSign or courier)
- E‑filing tax returns
- Updating projects in PM
- Filing signed documents
- Sending mass emails to clients during tax season
- Updating information on our intranet site
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office administrative role (preferably in an accounting firm)
- Excellent analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines
- Experience with MS Office
