Purpose

The Leasing Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation and communication skills. They are primarily responsible for leasing units and maintaining an occupancy rate of 100% in a portfolio of multi-residential apartments.

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

• Provide detailed information about vacant suites to prospective residents via various channels.
• Manage the flow and responses from email sales leads to completion of lease for all properties in assigned portfolio and assist with any future CRM lead programs.
