Purpose
Responsible for effectively managing a residential property while providing the highest level of customer service to residents and owners. Operate within our standards of safety, quality customer service, and efficient operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Management of Staff:
- Supervise and manage operational staff working on and around the property.
- Ensure effective performance management of staff.
Customer Service Relations:
- Maintain top-tier customer service for residents and owners.
- Communicate effectively with residents and relevant parties, addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage resident functions to foster respect and goodwill.
- Focus on resident retention.
- Handle resident and owner complaints promptly and appropriately.
