Job Description
Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities to ensure quality execution. Oversee multi-family residential site work while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines.
In this role, you will ensure the successful completion of civil work through effective onsite direction and coordination. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, measuring quantities, and verifying compliance with construction plans. Strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of civil methodologies are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inspections and civil works measurement
• Monitor contractor workflow and progress
• Validate compliance with construction plans and specifications
• Review and confirm monthly project measurements
• Maintain as-built plans and communicate updates
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of civil construction exposure
• Supervisory experience with civil crews is beneficial...
