Lead a dedicated team in resident care at AVENS - A Community for Seniors. This casual position focuses on ensuring safe and effective services for elderly residents in compliance with all standards.
The Resident Care Team Leader (RCTL) reports directly to the Care Supervisor. You will oversee resident care delivery, ensuring adherence to AVENS policies, professional standards, and legislative requirements. Your experience with the elderly and individuals with dementia will greatly enhance the quality of care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all resident care requirements are met on time
• Supervise care activities in alignment with AVENS policies
• Provide support and guidance to care team members
• Facilitate communication between residents and care staff
• Monitor compliance with professional care standards
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
• Eligible for registration with the RNANT/NU
