Become a valued member of Fairmont Chateau Whistler as a Reservations & Royal Service Agent, providing efficient and warm guest service.
Starting in June 2026, this full-time position focuses on making every guest interaction memorable through effective communication and reservation management. You will utilize your skills to enhance their experiences at Canada’s premier resort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operations behind the scenes for guests
• Assist callers and provide tailored service
• Take ownership of requests with prompt follow-up
• Book reservations in the Property Management System
• Up-sell facilities and services to maximize revenue
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience essential
• Front Office or Reservations experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
