We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reservations Agent to join team at our ultra-luxury Resort, One&Only Mandarina, in Riviera Nayarit, México.

About the Job

Collaborate direct and professionally matter with all the assigned responsibilities for his/her development in reservations department, the goal is guarantee the fully satisfaction of our guest .

• Answer phone calls according to the company's established Telephone Etiquette standards, with the purpose of concluding the sale by offering the Resort's services and ensuring the complete satisfaction of our guests.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the different types of rooms, suites, and villas offered by the Resort.
• Be familiar with the Resort's services, as well as the main features of each.
• Be familiar with the different rates and seasons that the Resort has within its rate structure.
