Responsibilities

• Simulate and analyze battery cell behavior, including charge/discharge cycles, temperature effects, and degradation. Develop and implement advanced cell balancing algorithms to optimize battery pack performance and BESS lifetime under electricity trading.
• Development and implementation of BESS model codes, consisting of single cell models(considering intrinsic cell-to-cell variations of SOC, capacity, resistance, temperature, swelling, capacity fading rates, increase of inner resistance as well as other module/system materials and components with impact on battery characteristics and performance based on unique characteristics of lithium iron phosphate cath...
