Research Associate

The Opportunity

The Research Associate contributes to the execution of various research projects utilizing an array of online tools and our internal database. As a Research Associate, you will have the chance to collaborate with senior leadership on highly impactful projects and interact with senior executives across multiple sectors. You will participate in the entire life cycle of the executive search process, including market research and analysis, candidate identification, interviews, report generation and client meetings. As a boutique firm, this position will also contribute to marketing initiatives and general administration as assigned. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend industry‑related conferences, networking events, and professional development courses.
