The Opportunity
The Research Associate contributes to the execution of various research projects utilizing an array of online tools and our internal database. The role offers the chance to collaborate with senior leadership on highly impactful projects and interact with senior executives across multiple sectors. The Associate participates in the entire life cycle of the executive search process, including market research and analysis, candidate identification, interviews, report generation, and client meetings. The position also supports marketing initiatives and general administration as assigned and provides opportunities to attend industry-related conferences, networking events, and professional development courses.
