Join KisoJi Biotechnology as a Research Associate focusing on Nanopore sequencing in Toronto. This on-site role involves hands-on laboratory work to support innovative antibody therapeutics.
We are expanding our molecular biology team to enhance our sequencing capabilities. As a key player, you will establish experimental pipelines for Nanopore sequencing and generate amplicon libraries for NGS analyses. Your expertise will also involve designing DNA constructs and purifying DNA, along with data analysis and result communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and execute Nanopore sample preparation pipelines
• Generate amplicon libraries for sequencing analyses
• Design and clone DNA constructs for testing
• Analyze data and present results effectively
• Develop and support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
• M.Sc. in genetics, cell biology, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an industry setting
