Job Description
Conduct regular field visits to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote pharmaceutical products. Provide accurate, up-to-date, and compliant product information to healthcare professionals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional management. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all field activities using CRM tools. Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the sales manager. Organize and participate in medical detailing sessions, product training, and promotional events. Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, including the Drug and Cosmetics Act, DPCO, and company compliance policies. Collaborate with the marketing and medical affairs teams to support product launches and awareness campaigns.
