Position Overview

Fraserway RV and Four Seasons Rentals are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our rental operations as a brand ambassador. You will provide RV rental information, share local knowledge, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and departure
• Provide fast, professional, and efficient service throughout the rental process
• Demonstrate RV rental fleet features and provide clear operating instructions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns accurately and efficiently
