Replenishment & Reporting Analyst
Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation to drive omni‑channel inventory productivity across all retail and e‑commerce channels, reporting to the Sr. Inventory Planner.
What You’ll Do
- Own core forecasting and replenishment for assigned categories, driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy for short‑term and long‑term planning.
- Drive in‑stock and fill rate performance, ensuring customers can find core products.
- Become the subject‑matter expert on category seasonality, product performance, and rationalization decisions.
- Balance inventory across distribution centres and emerging channels, optimizing for growth and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory productivity, including sell‑through, aged inventory, WOS, and turnover.
