Renewals Specialist — Customer Success for Revenue & Retention

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage a focused portfolio of customer accounts in Mexico City. In this role, you will drive high renewal rates by engaging customers and communicating the value of support contracts. You will work through remote engagement strategies, collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to align renewal strategies and ensure a seamless process.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, experience in renewals, and familiarity with Salesforce. The position allows for hybrid work arrangements at a Rockwell location.
