Job Description
Remote Portfolio Property Manager based in Colombia managing 8–12 NYC condominium/cooperative buildings under NYC oversight. This role includes direct board communication and full execution of board-approved initiatives using HPM's structured Super Board tracking system.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as primary board contact and lead monthly Zoom meetings
- Translate board decisions into structured action plans within 24 hours
- Oversee vendor performance and enforce timelines
- Track compliance, inspections, and regulatory deadlines
- Monitor arrears and coordinate legal escalation when required
- Prepare board packages and meeting materials
- Draft annual budget inputs and review monthly financial variances
