Position Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Investment Banking M&A Associate to join our execution team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of active transactions. You will work closely with the Managing Partner to evaluate proprietary deal flow, structure leveraged buyouts, and prepare institutional-grade materials for our capital partners.
