Remote Booking Specialist for Home Projects and Service

Porch Group Media is seeking a Booking Specialist to assist homeowners in scheduling handyman services. This is a remote position based in Colombia. You will follow up on leads, scope projects, and ensure customers have a delightful experience by matching them with the right professionals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, exceptional English communication skills, and familiarity with handyman services. Compensation includes a monthly salary and performance-based incentives.
