In this critical position, you will work closely with senior leadership to implement and oversee safety programs across various Market Centers. Your efforts will involve developing initiatives to reduce workplace injuries, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and provide training to facility teams. Analyzing injury data and performance trends will also be key to preventing potential losses and enhancing overall safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety initiatives to combat workplace injuries
• Review and enhance corporate Safety Program components
• Communicate with facility teams regarding safety compliance
• Analyze performance and recommend viable safety solutions
• Support Risk Management with training and safety education
