Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure plant targets are met (KPI's - utilization, efficiency)
Operational budgets
Conduct daily/weekly operations meetings
Attend and present at monthly management meetings
Approvals and decisions for plant requirements new tools to purchase for shop)
PO, expense, warranty claims, and time approvals
P&D review for direct employees
Mediator for any employee issues and handles disciplinary actions if needed
Collaborate with the Global Reman Continuous Improvement Manager to support the effective implementation of lean program
Coordinate with SHEQ team
Safety officer – responsible for promoting a safe work environment through enhanced awareness, site audits, facilitating safety meetings, training and recommending corrective action measures to reduce work related injuries
Review and approve preferred contractors and suppliers
