Reliability Manager

Overview

St. Marys Cement, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA), seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance activities at our St. Marys, Ontario plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive reliability improvements in the plant to achieve world‑class MTBF results.
• Direct, supervise, and assign duties to the Predictive Maintenance Supervisor and Selective Inspection Technician; participate in the rotating on‑call list shared with other salary maintenance positions.
• Update existing plant maintenance and preventative maintenance systems; troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine root cause(s) and develop corrective action plans to improve reliability.
• Create weekly and monthly plant equipment condition status reports.
