Reliability Lead , you'll be the driving force behind our mill's operational excellence. You are responsible for managing the preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize the availability and reliability of the mill’s assets while producing products in the most cost-effective manner. The starting range for this role is $78,000 to $104,000 or higher, depending on your experience.
What You Can Expect
Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to identify root causes and improve overall equipment efficiency
Drive reliability improvements by developing cost‑effective solutions for paper machine and converting equipment
Support maintenance strategies through failure analysis, preventive/predictive techniques, and continuous optimization
