Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and reliability assessments
• Analyze maintenance data for performance trends
• Develop and optimize maintenance programs
• Support lifecycle asset management initiatives
• Lead asset care initiatives using DMAIC methods
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 7 to 10 years of reliability engineering experience
